  The B&B Tree and Landscape did an exceptional job.  We have a beautiful Magnolia tree that needed to be trimmed and thinned.  The crew did a wonderful job.  They listened to our concerns and needs and explained clearly what they would do.  They also had to bring a huge lift to the back yard to trim a limb from our neighbor's tree that was flirting with our electrical line.  They took good care of our fence and yard when bringing the huge lift to the back yard.  The trimming of that limb and surrounding limbs looks great.   UPDATE: Updating my review. About a hour or so after I left the initial review the owner himself called me and apologized for the oil stain and asked if he could come take a look. He did come out, put a product on the stain, let it sit for a few days, and this morning, they were back out to wash off the product. The stain appears to have lifted! I updated from 4 stars to 5, as I felt that went above and beyond to fix a mistake that they didn't even know was happening at the time of using the machine. Great customer service, that I don't feel you get at a lot of places these days. Would definitely recommend them for your next project. ________ Booking with B&B was seamless. No voicemails and phone tag. I filled out a form, they showed up to look, sent the estimate via text. You can approve the estimate from the quote link then they call to schedule. Our removal was scheduled during a heatwave so I was worried it would be pushed back. It wasn’t. They showed up and did the job in two days (massive tree). They were very polite to neighbors trying  to get in and out, mail service, and trash service. The only reason I knocked off one star is their equipment left a very large oil stain on the driveway. They were confident it would come off with a power washer but we haven’t been able to get it off yet despite trying with a power washer. I would still hire them again for future work. They didn’t know the equipment was leaking.

  Brett and the team at B&B was quick to respond to my original request and to follow-up questions. They were also able to complete our job sooner than expected and took extra care to detach our fiber line prior to trimming the trees and did an exceptional clean-up job afterwards.
